Having prior knowledge transforms a visit to the museum into a much more enriching and fun experience. Pay attention to what I just mentioned. The first rule is to accept that you are a beginner and the second is perseverance that will give you the opportunity to progress; Consistency is not simply repeating the skill automatically, it is repeating it with the aim of improving, you are not always going to do the same thing in the same way but each time you are going to add a little more difficulty to continue advancing, and that small evolution is a tool that you keep in your repertoire for when you practice that activity again.

To become good at something you need more than anything to focus, your attention is dispersed and you cannot dedicate the necessary time and concentration on a task, to really understand something, to understand that 2 + 2 is 4 you need to practice and concentrate on that activity, but if every time you try to solve a math problem you interrupt the task and your attention is diverted your progress slows down. Remember that time and energy are limited resources, if you try to do many things at the same time you will not be able to direct all your attention to a single activity and the result of that will be less profitable.
