Mostly those lands that people thinks has no used nor value because its mostly hillside and difficult to climbed becomes the perfect spot for towers of the different of networks. Those owners got surprised when they got they signed the lease agreement and the monthly lease for their lands. I know personally a family who received an inheritance from her parents. The siblings gave her the hillside and difficult side to make a farm part of their properly. She just accepted it because she do not to disagree. After 5 years they got a visitor asking about who is the real owner of that land. Her land was rented by a telecom and the lease monthly is high. That turns the useless land into money and it supports them and was able to send their children to college and finished a degree. You can't really tell a mans fate.
