Happy Friday everyone.Happy Friday because it is raining all around now and in the rain some traditional delicacies are prepared in the rural areas of our country.

These include chicken biryani and beef khichuri.These dishes are the best dishes of our region during rainy day.So today I cooked chicken biryani for the family on the occasion of rain.One rain and another today is a holiday so all in all it's a busy day.Chicken biryani is a favorite of all of us and today we cooked it in rural style.

So let's see how I cooked chicken biryani in rural style.Of course I have shown the complete process in the video but here I am writing some more.

Ingredients,

*Chicken meat quantity
*Chicken meat amount like
*Onions
*Green chilli
*More hot masala
*Garlic paste
*Ginger paste
*Cumin paste
*Oil
*Salt
*Bay leaves, cinnamon and cardamom.

First I washed these chicken meats well and then fried them with the help of spices.

Then I added the rice to the fried meat and cooked it for a while.

After cooking the meat and rice for a while, water should be applied and that's what I did.
