Blackbird [Eng-Esp] Monomad challenge
Blackbirds are very common birds in Europe, Asia and North Africa. They live in forests, gardens, parks and agricultural areas.
They are solitary and territorial birds. They defend their territory with their song and aggressive behaviour.
They feed mainly on insects, worms, fruits and berries.
The blackbird is a very intelligent bird. It is capable of imitating the sounds of other birds and animals. Its song is more complex and varied in males than in females. Blackbirds also build their nests in the shape of a cup, in trees or bushes.
Los mirlos son aves muy comunes en Europa, Asia y el norte de África. Habitan en bosques, jardines, parques y zonas agrícolas.
Son aves solitarias y territoriales. Defienden su territorio con su canto y con comportamientos agresivos.
Se alimentan principalmente de insectos, lombrices, frutas y bayas.
El mirlo es un ave muy inteligente. Es capaz de imitar los sonidos de otras aves y animales. Su canto es más complejo y variado en los machos que en las hembras. Los mirlos, tambien construyen sus nidos en forma de copa, en árboles o arbustos.
