River Tear Trails - Let's Make a Collage Contest

I meditate with spiritual plant medicine and I have meaningful visions about myself my family or friends, then I turn it into art. I hope people take some meaningful messages from this art visions.

When meditating I saw mom and got really sad because she was going thru cancer. Tears started coming out. I saw this image of a tear following a path like a river. Cry let it all out. It's ok to not be ok… it's ok to cry, when we cry water cleans and dissolves our feelings. Like the rivers that carry water until it gets to a resting place. Don't wipe your tears away, you are cutting the rivers off. Let the stream go down your face. Afterwards you feel a burning sensation on the tear trails which is the energy dissipating.
