O nosso vinho emblemático, um lote de Aragonez, Syrah, Touriga Nacional e Petit Verdot, proveniente das nossas próprias vinhas cultivadas de forma sustentável. Envelhecido durante 12 meses em carvalho francês. Aroma a especiarias, palato vigoroso com fruta intensa e um final longo e persistente.
"CORTES DE CIMA is a family winery in southern Portugal. Our flagship wine, this is a blend of Aragonez (Tempranillo), Syrah, Touriga Nacional and Petit Verdot, grown sustanably in our own vineyards. Barrel aged for 12 months in French oak. Spicy aromatics, with a firm palate of intense fruit and a long, persistent finish."
Foi uma entrada directa para os top dos meus vinhos favoritos. Acompanhou na perfeição a carne de vaca estufada com puré de batata.
It was a direct entry for my top favorite wines. It was perfect with the beef stew with mashed potatoes.
