Organizational (or group) development involves positional leadership. Throughout life, and even on steemit, we are growing our competency to make organizational processes and development effective and sustainable.
Are we?
On here, whether we think of it or not, we are part of a decentralized organization. As much as we are learning how this thing works and how to make money or have an impact, we should also learn how the steemit universe plays a role beyond itself.
