Rest time/Hora de descansar

Happy Saturday #Liketu friends! We are still on cruise and today was a day of crossing, that is, we did not get off the ship, but if I'm honest I loved to stay, because I did not have to be running from one side to another and I could enjoy its facilities that really were a luxury.

So the crossing days were the best, especially because having small children (Miranda was two years and two months old) we missed a lot of the night life, because although the ship had a nursery, the mother hen that lives in me did not want to leave them alone, so enjoying the ship was a task that had to be done during the day!

And our day began on deck 11, where a buffet with the most varied breakfasts was ready for us, and although at that time the restaurant was open we only went for lunch and dinner, as the breakfast buffet was amazing, plus the atmosphere was much more informal, ideal to go with children.

After breakfast we had the whole day to enjoy the facilities and of course one of our favorite options was the pool, relaxing and sunbathing was one of the main things we wanted to do. The stateroom was just for bathing, changing clothes and sleeping, so after breakfast we were off to sunbathe.

A swimming pool for adults, one for children, several covered Jacuzzis, an AMAZING bar and a solarium to lie down and enjoy the sun, gave us a morning full of enjoyment and of course every now and then a little dessert from deck 11, which was always open.

And at midday came one of the best moments! It was time to go to the restaurant for lunch! And not only was it incredible because of the food, it was just beautiful! There were several restaurants and each group was assigned one for the whole trip, we were assigned to one called Boreas.

The meals consisted of three courses, starter, main course and dessert, with a fixed waiter for our table, wine and as many drinks as you wanted, were available, so a dream! The dishes were beautifully presented, in short, it was a joy to eat there.

And don't think that we were going to rest afterwards. Not at all! Luckily, our children since they were one year old did not take naps, so we went on a tour of the ship, we took them to the play area called Tibu Club for a while and then back to the solarium, a piña colada, more desserts and around 4pm we went to the Rendez Vous lounge, which was a kind of coffee bar with Latin music and a divine bonbon coffee that I fell in love with for the rest of my life.

Night was approaching, so back to the cabin, a bath and ready for the night life of the ship, which was incredible! Everything changed completely, from the lighting to the atmosphere in general because there was a lot of movement in the restaurant, bars, casino, and of course the theater that every night delighted us with a completely new show ranging from comedians to really beautiful dance performances.

We stayed there until late even when the kids were asleep, as there was a seating area where we could lay them down to sleep and continue enjoying the show. Of course, we had to carry them around, but it was worth it. We finally arrived exhausted to rest, but happy with the day of adventures and quite excited, because the next day we had to get off in Panama, the shopping paradise!

And well friends, that's it for today. Tomorrow we leave for Panama. Kisses and Blessings!

Besitos y Bendiciones!
