TIME HEALS
3years ago she had a bad dream that took sleep away from her. Restlessness, fear, depression , anxiety and insomnia became her identity. She would stay up cleaning or watching tv everyday, she had less than 2hours of sleep everyday because she was scared for her life and the memories kept coming back. She almost started taking sleeping tablets but was asked not to as it could cause her more harm than good. Life became a nightmare!
Thought of death kept coming and suicidal thoughts kept dancing in her head, fear became a real person and all she could ask was "when would this end"?
She held on with the faith that she would get over her awful experience and three years later,she is almost finally healed . Time they say heals all wounds and today she knows it ,as she has experienced it. Time makes you stronger, better,wiser, and heals you if u let it. There is nothing like a perfect life or a life free of troubles. You would get hurt, you would get disappointed , you would get deceived but all that matters is how you bounce back. You would heal, it would hurt less, you would let go, you would be happy.
