WIN AND LOSSES: Week-2
Good day, dear hivers! It's @riona09 again, back with another blog. How's January so far? Mine's been doing great and I could share that to you through this weekly Wins and Losses episodes. I hope some of you there did the same thing as what I did if you ever wanted to keep track of your 2026. Better late than never!
In this blog, I would share my Wins and Losses from January 12 to January 18, 2026. I started this weekly blog routine last January 4 to January 11, 2026. (Just incase you might be confused).
So, week 2 it is.
MY WIN
As a person who values friendship so much, being able to spend quality time with my friends is already a big win for me. Last week, my friends from Junior High School (almost 4 years of genuine friendship) got reunited.
We attended different schools during our Senior years so we rarely see each other, especially now that life becomes so busy. It was so hard to match our free times so we always ended up just catching up through our social medias.
Now that we had the chance to bond again, we wasted no time. It was actually unplanned, we did not prepared for this day, the things to bring and the things to do. But it wasn't the important part, as long as we are physically and mentally present to be with each other, that's what really counts.
This is our first hangout of the year and it's actually the best start of our year. We went to a place where we think is peaceful and talk about our recent life and it's therapeutic. I didn't know I missed them that bad ad after we went home, that's when I missed them more. I just hope that we can do it often now because I love being with these people so bad.
MY LOSS
For my loss, I think it would still be overthinking about the result of that entrance exam I was talking about last week. Honestly, I can't get that out of my system. I still poured myself with negative thoughts and doubts. I kept on underestimating myself and thought about the feeling if ever I won't pass. But I'm thanking myself for always praying to God about removing this trait of mine and let me think peacefully. I hope I can get this out of my mind slowly and surely.
That's it, dear hivers! I hope I got to entertain you today with just this short blog and thank you so much for reading until the end. See you on my next blog!
