As always, every Saturday I share with you what I have learned in my creative week. This week I have been learning how to make drawings in Medibang Paint. However, even though it is much easier just needing my cell phone, it is also true that I have to learn how to handle all the functions to be able to draw. Today I will share with you how to get a neon effect in your drawings using Medibang Paint.

Step by Step

1. We create the drawing, the shape of the word in the color of our preference.

2. Duplicate the layer and change it to white or in the color we want to blur or lighten.

3. Select the three vertical points located on the lower right side and select the Gaussian blur option.

4. Select the blur hardness and confirm.

Additional Notes

You can duplicate the layers as many times as you want and change the color of the layers, so you can achieve different color illumination. In my case, I worked with blue, white, and fuchsia.

Como siempre, cada sábado comparto con vosotros lo que he aprendido en mi semana creativa. Esta semana he estado aprendiendo a hacer dibujos en Medibang Paint. Sin embargo, aunque es mucho más fácil sólo con mi móvil, también es cierto que tengo que aprender a manejar todas las funciones para poder dibujar. Hoy voy a compartir con vosotros cómo conseguir un efecto neón en vuestros dibujos utilizando Medibang Paint.

Paso a paso

1. Creamos el dibujo, la forma de la palabra en el color de nuestra preferencia.

2. Duplicamos la capa y la cambiamos a blanco o en el color que queramos difuminar o aclarar.

3. Seleccionamos los tres puntos verticales situados en la parte inferior derecha y seleccionamos la opción de desenfoque gaussiano.

4. Seleccionar la dureza del desenfoque y confirmar.

Notas adicionales

Puedes duplicar las capas tantas veces como quieras y cambiar el color de las mismas, así puedes conseguir una iluminación de diferentes colores. En mi caso, trabajé con azul, blanco y fucsia.
