Assemblage Art - Sugar Skull Flower Arrangement

How I did this:

1. Purchase (5) 24"x24" sheets of plywood and drew out the images
2. Using a jigsaw I cut-out all of the pieces
3. Sand all pieces using 80 grit sandpaper
4. Prime all pieces with flat black primer
5. paint with acrylics and enamel paints
6. Using handmade and store-bought stencils, I used the same black primer to create the designs on the cut-outs
7. Assemble the 48" x 60" x 2" Panel
8. Paint the entire panel and sides with flat black paint
9. Assemble all of the pieces and attach with a nailgun
10. Using Uni-Posca Art Markers- Add details
11. Protect with matte finish varnish
12. Hang on the wall and enjoy...
