This is It!!!💪 The Long Wait is Over 🫡🤗☺️

This is the day the Lord has made for me to grow professionally.

My pre-oral defense for my action research was finally done ☺️. My sleepless night is finally over. But wait I still have a lot of revision to do as per suggestions and recommendations by all the panelists.

However, I have done the 2nd step 🥰.

As we know "A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step" by Lau Tzu is really applicable to this journey I am walking through.

With me are the panelists together with the Public Schools District Supervisor in San Remegio 1 who is at the center. And also the other one on his left side is my co-researcher.

This was a tough day for me though I am confident in my work, I think it is normal for us to feel goosebumps whenever we are facing the panelists.

This is the moment of truth 🤗.

I admired how they gave suggestions and recommendations on my work. I now understand the missing piece of my masterpiece.

Even myself I accepted the fact that the topic I chose was quite difficult to implement. Are you curious about my topic?

Hehe, well at first the title of my topic is "Enhanced Problem-Solving Skills for Mathematics Using Logic Puzzles Involving Whole Numbers".

This was already approved by the Assistant School Division Superintendent last 2022.

But at this time as the other experts were scrutinizing my work, it was changed.

This has become "Developing Problem-Solving Skills Through Logic Puzzles". Sounds good, right? 😯

However, I need to study more and deepen my understanding for successful implementation.

I was given only one month to finish my piece. Can I make it? As busy as I am? I doubt it 🥺. But I need to 💪.

You know what? What made this difficult for me? The word Logic and the word puzzle combine together.

How can I make complicated things to make simpler to understand? Parang napasubo ako nito ah!!!🥴

While the discussion was ongoing by the panelists, I was thinking what if I will not continue? I only made myself suffer hehe 😁.

Only God knows what is the final verdict. Anyway for my professional growth, this is my only chance to have this.

If I do not continue now when will it be?

By the way, the venue was San Remegio Central Elementary School.

After the deliberation, the panelists are also the evaluators of the contest for their school learning zone.

I capture the beautiful artwork of their teachers. I have it below, kindly take a look 🥰.

The materials they are using are not just so-so. It is really worth the prize. From the paint to the concrete gates and fence. Everything that is inside their zone we can see the efforts and creativity.

This is so breathtaking to watch over. I know as a school leader, the expenses and hard work of the teachers are so commendable.

As the evaluators roamed around to rate, the teachers were waiting at their learning zone. They were going to discuss what they were displaying.

This is one of the best practices they had in their school.

What if I also apply this in our school? Hehe, is it possible maam @dehai, maam @callmesmile, sir @batanggwapo, maam @jobeliever, and my fellow Hivers who are also IISinian?

My co-researcher told me this is also a good chance for us to benchmark.

Yes, I am planning to have this in our school if we are given ample time. This is for a change and new ways of school beautification.

This is the learning zone which means an educational way of teaching outside the classroom.

But anyway I need to discuss it with the body. We have a lot of work and priorities to do right now.
