New Player, Veteran Calcs!
Hey everyone!
Just wanted to share with you all some info I've found after the first few weeks of playing. I'm currently in Silver II, but wanted to see what it was actually costing me to rent the power to stay there!
Here's what I've found so far.
First of all, the best cards to rent for power are gold rares. On the market, they have the highest ratio of power per DEC, averaging around 430 power per DEC(per day). I see a lot of streamers saying to rent alpha cards etc because the power is a lot higher, but the cost per DEC is not actually very good. You're maybe getting 300 power per DEC. So, the next calcs are based on renting gold rares for 430 power/DEC/day.
If you owned absolutely no cards, here are the costs to be in each Silver league:
III - 35 DEC/day
II - 93 DEC/day
I - 163 DEC/day
The difference in rewards simply doesn't make up for this difference, so my advice is to stay in Silver III to make the most out of your DEC, or you will find you quickly run out.
Keep building up those collections for power!
My current Silver III power cost is 23 DEC per day (plus the cost of renting needed cards like Mylor).
It's certainly a grind, I hope this info helps you out!
Best,
Rhodes
