Tweaked Life-Sort Timetable....
I've tweaked my daily and weekly timetable to give myself a couple of hours most days of the week to 'sort my life admin' out.
I've been back in Hereford for two months already now and there's still A LOT of things I need to do, things outstanding for way too long now, so I've had to force this on myself.
I mean like really basic things, like getting my driving licence changed back to the UK (I've been back in the UK for 10 whole months, so this is really overdue), and I just realised this morning I should probably get a T.V. license, and other things just keep occurring to me!
The new Timetable looks like this:
I'm sure it's a little different, but better than my previous optimal timetable, it certainly feels optimised, it basically goes:
- up, meditate, prep the day (shower etc)
- Run if a run day
- Work including breaks for breakfast and lunch, intellectual work that is
- Physical work (SORTING MY LIFE OUT)
- Dinner and chill
- Study time!
- Yoga then bed.
All of this of course can be abandoned if I have any social events!
Note the hour for lunch too and the relatively short working day, not too stressful!
