Skully is a known crook operating on the outskirts of Mirage City, a city most commonly known as “the city of thieves”. He is a rather infamous fellow, doing everything he can to get people’s coins, bar killing. Most people know him by the tattoo on his face. But contrary to his unsavory face, he is very methodical in the way he approaches his victims, often posing as a guide, or a lost traveler, and even sometimes as a sick, dying man. Whatever it is he does though, his victims all have a bad time, stolen of their goods, vanishing like the city’s namesake.
