No. 101 is one of the subjects of 3rd Razor’s experiments. Deemed a failure, she was disposed of in one of the facilities’ waste management facilities on the outskirts of Shirano. She was luckily found by Maeve, a doctor from the neighboring town. She was able to survive thanks to the quick thinking of the doctor. She constantly emits electricity in exchange for her lifespan, and she wears a headband that Maeve fashioned out of some scraps that keeps the electricity focused on her head, a stopgap measure that at least ensures she lives for a few more years. No. 101 has vowed to exact revenge on 3rd Razor as she strives to learn more about her new powers.
