Skilled manpower

Skill manpower refers to the person who is trained, well-educated, energetic experienced, devoted to their field and is capable of doing any specific work in a balanced way. It means engineers, doctors, teachers, nurses, and many more. The construction of any national development planning requires skilled manpower.

Developing countries often lack resources and skilled manpower resources and the resources and the mobilization of them is a substantial problem. The methods to produce skilled manpower is creating policies with timely scientific education, have proper higher level training, etc.
