Cooperative and autonomous association formed and democratically directed by the people who come together with the meet economic, social and cultural needs. It is a firm owned, controlled, and operated by a group of the people for their own benefit. Each member contributes equity capital and shares in the control of the firm, on the basis of one member.

Basically, it is established by the at least 25 people with the joint objectives. It is also basically established for the raising living standard of poor people and become easy to live a life. All for each and each for all.
