CHOCOLATE CORN PUDDING
CHOCOLATE CORN PUDDING
Ingredients :
- 2 pieces of sweet corn whole (shaved)
- 500 ml of water
- 2 sachets of white sweetened condensed milk
- 90 grams of granulated sugar (me 60 gr)
- 1 pack to make it white
- 1 tsp nutrijel plain
- 20 grams of dark cooking chocolate, melted
(me 100gr)
How to make :
- Blend corn with water then filter it. Just take the juice
- Mix the corn starch with agar agar, nutrijel, sweetened condensed milk and sugar. Mix well while cooking until boiling.
- Turn off the fire, leave it for a while until the hot steam disappears
- Pour into the pudding pan, leave 1/2 part
- Leave up to half set.
- Mix the remaining 1/2 part of the pudding with melted chocolate and mix well, if the top of the corn pudding has been slightly hardened then pour the chocolate pudding on top
- Put it in the refrigerator let it set more
