No drive thru needed, let's make fish sandwich
Greetings and Good day. Recently I saw a short clip regarding making sandwich but in friendly version of it. Which using non fried nor butter. Perhaps we should have some try on it, make it a local version for all.
Let's head to local market for some fresh ingredients. This local market which operate from morning until dawn sells various types of veges for your needs. Not only solves the problem of food seller but also house cook like me as well. Price wise starts at 5 - 10 baht accordingly.
After shopping at the fresh market, let's start doing it. First we gotta go for the sauce as is the main recipe for today's menu. Here are some key ingredient such as peanut crackers, garlic, chillies, tamarind and coriander. Simple and non oily ingredient.
Now make everything mentioned into pieces and give it a good pound. Pound them into pieces of powder will do.
No that everything is pounded like this and you're good to go for the next steps.
Now add tamarind water which you mixed it with tamarind with hot water for more juicy for sauce. Add them up together to the pounded ingredient, then add teaspoon of fish sauce, sugar and ajinomoto for more flavorful taste.
And now everything is done. Steamed Tilapia fish with some Chinese cabbage and rice noodle are up for the family.
Todaa, wrap non oily sandwich is up for today's menu. Non oily yet crispy with veges and tender from fish and noodle makes it a perfect combination for a perfect bites. Give it a try my friend.
Well that's for today. Thank you for the support and see you around soon.
