I was exploring some live feeds when I spotted this bearded guy and I just felt like I had seen him somewhere before. I was surprised when I saw him again on a different source too.
So many questions!
Whats the story here? Thoughts?

"Mario Valdez" - was interviewed by mainstream media as an apparent bystander "FIU student friend of victim"... This same man is also seen on a Washington Post livestream; setting up a microphone at and before the press briefing for the FIU collapse.
He is later spotted on CNN in yet a different interview.
All material was publicly available live or online from the original source. Note: the clip CNN runs seems to be lifted from another local Florida news station; affiliation?
