Harry Potter Reunion Announced

It is time to return to Hogwarts once more. HBO MAX announced that they are doing a Harry Potter special to celebrate 20 years of the release of the first time Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone. The original trio of Daniel Radcliffe Rupert Grint and Emma Watson are set to this special along with the director of the first two movies Chris Columbus and most of the actors from all of the movies. R.I.P. Alan Rickman.

The most noticeable person who isn't set to appear is J.K. Rowling herself, the author of the books. I understand that HBO MAX probably think it is a good idea not to bring her after her controversial comments about tras women as it might cause some people to boycott the reunion, but this is ridicules. No matter what you say or do she is still the author of the most beloved children book of all time and one of the most sold books of all time. All of the outrage about her can't take that away. I think it is very odd for her not to be there.

Still, this special is a brilliant move by HBO MAX and will probably move \ subscriber numbers more than most of the movies that they released on the platform this year.
