RUN TO BEACH

Hii Hive Runner, how are you?
Yesterday I went home to my mom's house, because last Friday was Eid al-Adha, so I went home and celebrated with my family. And on Saturday I practiced. Where was the route? Of course to the beach, my favorite finishing place. Where I can relax my mind by playing in the water and watching the waves.

When I ran at 6am, the streets were still quiet, somehow not crowded yet even though usually buses are packed during this long weekend. But this is good for me, because I don't have to be afraid of getting honked at by those vehicles. Because it's quite annoying.

In addition to the quiet roads, I also passed by the factories on the outskirts of this highway, this is the largest factory here.

My first pace was 8:38/km. And for some reason I noticed, even though I've been running a lot, my heart rate is still at 166,150 or 140.
At km. 2.5 there was a sunrise that appeared between the mountains, looks very beautiful right?

With an avg pace of 9.15, I finished my run with a distance of 5km. with a total time of 46.17. Actually, in front of the beach entrance, my running distance was still 4.5km. But I entered the beach and circled around running in an empty field. Because it is very unfortunate that there are only less than 500 meters left.

And after fitting 5km. I walked straight to the beach, and coincidentally the sky was clear and the beach was blue, so I relaxed for a while by cooling down and also playing with the waves.
