Distributed Computing and CAP theorem

Might be you all be wondering why I am talking today about something named as "CAP" theorem.

Actually CAP theorem stands for (Consistency,Availability and Partition tolerance) and it explain how is impossible for a distributed data store to simultaneously provide more than two out of the following below three guarantees:

1.Consistency
2.Availability
3.Partition tolerance

In case of the network failure in distributed Network , one have to choose between Consistency and Availability. But we have both Consistency and Availability if there is no network failure.

If still you are wondering why "CAP" theorem is part of discussion ?
Blockchain is the distributed system.
