Today I am sharing with you healthy benefits of guava.
I am visiting my nearby area and I saw a tree which is fruit full.
When I saw guavas, I want it to pluck but these are not yet ripened and I click some photos.
Benefits
It is highly recommend because richness of fibers and also lowers the risk of diabetes.
It is rich in Vitamin C and also helps in building immune system.
It is also called as queen of fruits.
It also helps in maintaining blood sugar level and avoid constipation and reduce the stress level.
Pink colored guava is seedless or having less seeds and less starch etc. Having high water content.
Red colored guava said Kumari.
White colored guava is rich in starch and vitamin etc.
