Folks and kids at the streets of St.Petersburg - 10 foto etudes

Hello dear friends! It was a while I did not post my #streetphoto to this community. During the wintertime I was rather numb... but now spring is in the air, and some days we even have sun! In this post I mixed a few fresh pics (those which have the most gloomy colours, haha - you can deduce that easily) and a few old ones from 2023. Hope you enjoy this selection, presenting the street life of my city. All the stuff is Original content, Hive exclusive, never published anywhere on other platforms.

Dancing around the Shrovetide bonfire, just a week ago. (More pics from this set to come, I promise to myself).

Red is considered as a colour of passion, luxury. At this retro car festival everybody wanted to make a selfie with this red beauty. Look at the fancy shape! dont you feel a massive sexual appeal?

Loneliness in a Big City... there are so many captions I could add to this capture; the fact is I do not know anything for sure about this stranger - the girl is hugging a huge plush toy with one hand, holding a rose flower with another (probably it is a gift from her beloved one?..) and tinkering with her smartphone. You may imagine your own story behind the scene - let me leave it to you.

Quite an intresting capture that did not turn out very successfull. I noticed this girl walking down the street with a huge message across her back, painted in diy-style across her coat. The sad thing -- it was impossible to decipher all of it, cause it was hide beneath the backpack. Intrigue! I was baited, but --- all I could do was just take this pic. 😎

A maze, created from the bush - isnt hazardous! - it's kids fun to get lost in this one.

Walking one day through the historical center of the city, I came across a professional photo session portraying quite rare aristocratic dogs: in the picture above you can see two Afghan hounds. The photographer placed the models in front if the Russian Ethnographic Museum entrance - I can’t but admit this location is wonderful and certainly gives to the photos a special taste. Of course, I slipped in and stole a couple of shots in a #streetphoto style for my archive :)

This dad did not stuck in his smartphone, on the contrary: he was spending time playing with his little son. (As far as I ntoiced - they played "clap your palms" and were teaching numbers and counting from one to forty, in the most joyful manner). Good father and happy son!

Homo sapiens. Judging by his look (theres definitely more message than medium here!) this guy might be a 'deep' person.
