My Actifit Report Card: November 22 2023

Hello everyone!

Here we go for another report from my side…I want to make it a habit and post daily on Actifit!

Basically whole day I am on the move and it is really on rare occasion that you can see me sitting without doing anything!

Coffee break while swinging and breathing some fresh air!

Beautiful sunny day!

The weather will be nice for the next few days, I’ll seize this opportunity to do some more gardening as well as some jogging on top of a lot of walking while I work everyday!

Target of minimum 5000 steps…

I normally should achieve it easily…let’s see how it goes and enjoy the strawberries from the back of my restaurant!!! They are ripening nicely!

Bought some Afit and Afitx!

I have plans in buying and staking more of both as I am really loving Actifit and will use it to the best I can while bringing on some new members from my country!

Ps. The below is the plate of cherries and strawberries that we had after diner earlier today!!! Sooo delicious indeed!
