Easy install Steemd in Ubuntu Server 16.04 LTS Edited

sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get upgrade -y
sudo apt-get install -y git build-essential cmake libssl-dev libboost-all-dev autoconf autotools-dev doxygen libncurses5-dev libreadline-dev libtool screen libicu-dev libbz2-dev graphviz
cd ~
git clone https://github.com/steemit/steem.git
cd steem
git submodule update --init --recursive
cmake -DCMAKE_BUILD_TYPE=Release .
make
cd programs/steemd
./steemd --replay
ctrl+C to quit and edit your steem/programs/steeemd/witness_node_data_dir/config.ini
screen -dmS steemd ./steemd --replay
screen -r steemd
ctrl+A+D to exit screen

Note: If memory is to low to compile.
cmake -DENABLE_CONTENT_PATCHING=OFF -DLOW_MEMORY_NODE=ON CMakeLists.txt
