Sexual Harassment - Fear of speaking the Truth in Public

Hey everyone, hope you are doing good...

I was not so sure whether I should talk about it or not because this is an intense topic and many people avoid it to talk about. Finally, I got some guts to reveal a secret of mine and decided to talk about it. We, the girls never discuss this because we feel shy or feel fear. Those who are victims always remain silent thinking about society because still some society is not developed yet to accept the victim and fight for her. Many girls/women face this in life especially in education or the professional sector and they kept silent.

I am not saying everyone faces this incident or every sector is the same, there are obviously good people around but there are also noxious people who is ready to grasp girls and make them feel miserable and make their life uncertain and insecure.

Can you please tell me why this is still happening??
