They will never get us.
They will never understand our obsession.
They will never get this "lifestyle"
They will never understand how this fights our depressions.
They will never understand why this is all we talk about.
They will never understand why you stop going to the bar with them to get drunk.
They will never understand why we train injured.
They will never understand how we got so mentally and physically healthy.
They will never understand why we are constantly covered in bruises and limping.
They will never understand the grind.
They will never understand our unique friendships with each other.
They will never understand our undying loyalty to our flag ,coaches and teammates.
They will always be they.
And we will always be us.
