You have decided to spare the guards life.The guard looks up to you and, upon realizing your intentions, begins to angrily protest:
"Ah come on you pathetic weakling! What's the matter, can't put finish what you started?"His friend, Jack, still clutching his own wound that you dealt to him earlier, kneels down by the blabbering guard and attempts to make him give up:
"Look man, we gotta get out of here. You're hurt, enough of this ego shit, let's just leave this crazy bastard alone and leave!"
He immediately looks up to you and clarifies:
"Sorry... No offense, I just mean, uhh... You know..."Jack then begins to struggle to pick his friend up off the ground. Partly due to his size, and partly due to the guard not wanting to forfeit this fight so readily.
