The good thing about cocktails is most taste just as good virgin! You just need to substitute the profile of the alcohol part
.So with a gin cocktail, I'll wipe the glass with like, scraped lime peel, add a ridiculously tiny pinch of salt, and serve with bitter tonic rather than normal tonic and then add the rest of the cocktail parts without the gin and it's just as refreshing but also booze free =
Funny story, the first cocktail I ever had was a virgin sunrise in this weird Christian kids club my friend took me to rofl)
