Referring to my letter of 3.10.2019 and enactment of 23.09.2019 I apply for administrative assistance and request the seizure of German assests and property, particularly, 1.236 tons of gold deposited at the Federal Reserve Bank in New York, as well as the seizure of assets and property stolen from Russia since 1989, that must be granted to me and to the Fund of the Constitutional Development, as requested and substantiated previously.

Secondly, I apply for legal and administrative assistance in order to arrest and to prosecute mentally ill gangster of Berlin Michael Müller called himself governing mayor, all members of his gang called themself senate and senators, as well as other criminals according to the international arrest warrants of 25.02.2019, 5.03.2019 und 8.03.2019.
