Coded (Poetry - Nihilistic Rainbow #7)
This poem is satirical, written for the Nihilistic Rainbow #7. The theme for this week's contest is "Speed-dating for dictators".
Coded
"Sir, the last official who
set up the president on a date
ended up as ashes in a back alley.
Are you sure your plan will work?"
"Steve, this is not just any date."
They arrived at the location,
a once abandoned warehouse
refurbished into a brothel.
Awaiting were tens of seducing women.
No, not women. Robots. Yes,
they were robotic sex dolls
dressed to kill,
coded to submit.
A set of actors rehearsed;
they had to date these women
but pretend to be rejected -
they all longed for Mr. President.
"You didn't know this, Steve,
it is easy to satisfy him sexually,
but these robots will feed his ego.
Get ready to celebrate our success,
go on order the best cake for tonight."
"What kind, sir?"
"A buk-kake."
