Classic

I grew up appreciating older automobiles because of my dad. He worked on many and even owned a few. I remember the 57 Chevy, the 76 Chrysler and the 1967 Camaro. He didn't have any of these at the same time... they all ended up being sold because we needed the money for one reason or another.

Anyway, I grew up in the 80s and the Delorean was THE car of my time. It didn't do great in the long run but it was different and took a jab at the automobile giants in the industry. To me, it's a classic and being in Seattle you don't see a lot of older cars let alone classics. Everyone is driving some newer (and often generic looking in my opinion) car. So, seeing this car was a delight for me.
