Monday morning started off on a more reflective note for me this week as I found out a friend had passed away over the weekend...those things are never easy to process or deal with. We all have our own way of doing so..it puts things in a different perspective...

I often talk about balance in our lives (esp. work-life balance) & this is no different....it's about LIVING while we are here. It passes by in a blink of an eye so being in the present moment & understanding the gift we truly have is even more important...
