We all have different times in our lives when we have a sense of clarity & are tapped into our Inner Selves in ways we cannot even explain....for the past few paths, my life path has been a roller coaster of emotions, events & shadow work...

So, as I turned the camera on, I was in a flow state (or in other words, in an optimal state of consciousness; where creativity & clarity come from). Even though I do touch on several concepts, they all have a common thread - self empowerment & how to start on the path to achieve it...
