It's been awhile since I sat down & had a straight up coffee talk with all of you so this morning seemed to be the perfect time for it....

Entering 2021 has been interesting, to say the least. I have been in a reflective mood for the past few weeks, especially after recent events & attitudes within our world. Things are constantly changing, which can make our own realities unstable...

For me personally, 2020 was a very defining year & looking back, it really dawned on me how much of an impact it had on me. However, it may not be in the way one would think....

Despite it all, I still have hope for our futures .... if we just look within & keep doing that work, the transformation we each go through will amaze you later on....

In this video of the 2 part series, I pull up a chair, with my coffee in hand of course, & share with you what I have learned in the year that has changed all of our lives... Maybe it will help you in some way with your own journey...
