As trying as this year has been, it has also been a time for going within & working on ourselves. Many of us were put in a situation where we finally had to sit & face our shadow selves (the dark part we don't usually like to deal with). It is not the easiest road to take but we still dug in & did the work...transmuting what we needed to for our Highest Good....

Regardless of our life path, we have all gone through some sort of change - transformation, if you will - & are still working the process...the key is not to give up, even when it gets hard....

In this video, I talk a little about what I learned this year & the truth about our growth....how it can literally change your life & transform you into a better version of yourself...
