30% of Ukrainian power plants have been destroyed by Russia in the past 10 days causing massive blackouts across the country. Ukrainians are now urged to turn off appliances. Some regions are imposed to short-term electricity outages.

108 Ukrainian female prisoners of war were released in exchange for 110 Russian soldiers.

Kyiv accuses Russia of planning to destroy Kakhovka Hydroelectric Power Plant and causing a large-scale disaster. As Russians are withdrawing from the Kherson region, they mined the water dam across the Dnipro river, thus putting 80 settlements at risk of rapid flooding.

Russia has ordered about 2,400 Iranian kamikaze drones Shahed-136. They are widely used for the recent attacks on Ukrainian infrastructure. According to Ukrainian officials, 85% of drones already used by Russia were shot down. The White House reports that the Iranian tech support was directly involved in launching Shaheds in Crimea.

Around 5 million people from the Ukraine territories claimed as annexed left for Russia, reported Russian officials.

Kharkiv, Nikopol, and Zaporizhzhia citizens are under extreme pressure of everyday shellings of both critical infrastructure and residential buildings. Every strike takes the lives of civilians or injures them.
