Her confidence has never been high throughout her life.

Alexandra had to work pretty hard at it.

She remember a time not so long ago that accepting compliments was really tough.

She was the queen of deflection.

She had a bit of a wobbly because she find herself in new territory as she venture out on her own.

She thought she had to share the reminder.

She wrote a list of her qualities.
This sounds easy but try saying it aloud to someone face to face and slowly yikes!

She purposefully put herself in out of comfort zones experiences.
She became confident by overcoming her fears.

She got to know herself and peeled all the layers away and dug deep into who she was.
Through self reflection she got to know her values, her purpose and her goals.

She stopped focusing on what she hadn't achieved and started to think about the monumental goals she already reached.

Throughout her career she heard people say "Alex you're so intelligent" but because she completely disagreed, she either zoned out or deflected.
Start actually listening to people!

We are human, there is not one person on this earth that wakes up feeling on top of the world every single day.

Confidence doesn't come over night, we work on it day in, day out but the most important part is the will to want to improve ourselves.
