Take time for yourself!

Life is indeed too short to work always. What a great moment to reflect on today, along with what has been printed on my dress: to take time for myself. This is a short message, yet so timely.

I have been busy with a series of Thesis defenses for my students in the Graduate School lately. However, I feel so happy that all of them will be graduating. I have plenty of advisees, and I am one of the examiners on the panel. This task may be challenging, but it is always a light in the heart to teach and touch lives as an educator for 15 years.

Earlier, while I was in the hallway of the school, I took a moment to reflect. I may be busy, but it always feels so good to be idle for a while and take time for myself. I got a pose with a shadow of my student capturing me. The view was calming and I so love the peaceful ambiance. On the next day, I am planning to go to a breathtaking place and just let time fly slowly.
