MY FIRST EXPERIENCE WITH ACNE

I can still remember vividly how it happened.It was one week after resumption,on a Saturday morning, I was about taking a shower when my room prefect called me.She told me she couldn’t use her body cream because of the fragrance,if I would like to exchange mine with hers , I did, because there was nothing wrong with the fragrance. It smelled really nice.

I started using the cream but after five days,I noticed acne on my face,it started like a boil,then two boils,four and so on. After two weeks, I find out that I was getting fairer,it didn’t look like bleaching because my knuckle blended with my whole body.My classmates were curious to know the soap abi the body lotion that is making me this fair and beautiful. Some of them joined me in rubbing it and they had acne too but they became fair sha.🤣-

 I stopped using the cream but the acne continues. I was told not to worry that it’s a sign of maturity,I asked if my seniors who do not have it are not yet mature. I couldn’t listen to my parents, I started using all kinds of facial creams but it didn’t work. I was the only one with it amongst my friends, I became ashamed and withdrawn.

I struggled with acne even after my secondary school. I tried all kinds of face masks,biotin,face cleanser,etc.it’ll just go for some weeks only to come back with her full family. I then knew that what worked for Mr A May not necessarily work for me,so I gave up.

I don’t know how it happened but I gave up on trying too hard to get rid of it. I stopped being ashamed of myself, I accepted myself that way and everything was fine.
Then a friend introduced me to aloe Vera, I used it for two weeks and I liked what I saw so I decided to grow it at home.it cleared my acne within one month of application,no stress.

But I’m still wondering why I didn’t think of trying it ever since.Hmm -

But nevertheless,I’m a happy person now with cute and smooth face painted with cute smiles.😊

I know you may think I was being too sensitive,but this was how I felt.

I’m still confused tho 🤔,was it cream that caused the acne or was it puberty?abi maturity?
