Hummingbird iridescence

Hummingbirds are one of the most beautiful birds in the world, they have a great variety of shapes and colors, this makes them one of the most sought after animals by wildlife photographers. And although in appearance, their feathers are sililar to those of most other birds, their pigments and their structural shape keep a great secret, iridescence. This feature allows them to vary the color of their feathers depending on the angle of the light. It is still being investigated what is the function that this characteristic fulfills in the life of hummingbirds, however there is no doubt that it gives it an incomparable beauty in the animal queen.
