Buenas Noches,siempre de dice que el que trabaja la tierra tiene comida segura y es una gran verdad. Aquí he recibido en casa estos alimentos productos del trabajo de mi esposo que está dedicado a la agricultura.

Que agradable es comerse algo proveniente de la tierra con el trabajo de manos laboriosas,esta cosecha ayuda mucho a la economía ya que así economizando al no comprar,me trajo tres lechosas las cuales ya están para madurar y poder disfrutarlas en batido o comerlas en trozos ,la auyama se ve que es muy buena para comerla en tajadas sancochadas o.psra colocarle a la sopa junto con los chimbombo. Es hermoso estar de la mano con la naturaleza.

Good Night, it is always said that he who works the land has safe food and it is a great truth. Here I have received these foods at home, products of my husband's work, who is dedicated to agriculture.

How pleasant it is to eat something that comes from the land with the work of industrious hands. This harvest helps a lot to the economy since, saving money by not buying, it brought me three milky ones which are ready to mature and I can enjoy them in a smoothie or eat them in pieces. The auyama seems to be very good to eat in parboiled slices or add it to the soup along with the chimbombo. It is beautiful to be hand in hand with nature.
