Una Comida Saludable💖
Este día mi nieta quedó conmigo ya que mi hija su mamá está de guardia 24 horas,es una niña de 13 años Pero para comer es un gran problema porque no le gusta ninguna comida normal ,entonces prefirió su comida de siempre pura pechuga de pollo y también huevo,pero guisado no come. Así que preparé está pechuga sudada hasta quedar seca.🤦🏻♀️pero así logra comer todo que es lo importante y que queremos.

This day my granddaughter stayed with me since my daughter's mother is on call 24 hours a day, she is a 13-year-old girl. But eating is a big problem because she doesn't like any normal food, so she preferred her usual food, pure chicken breast and also eggs, but she doesn't eat stew. So I prepared this sweaty brisket until it was dry.🤦🏻♀️but this way he manages to eat everything that is important and that we want.
