Buen Momento Vivido 🙏🇻🇪💖

Buenas noches amigos,hoy comparto con ustedes un plato de sopa que preparé hoy y me quedo demasiado buena . Está dopa fue hueso rojo y costilla,tenía días por hacerla eto siempre me faltaba algo eto hoy decido buscar lo necesario y la prepare.

Luego que tuve la costilla blanda ,sofreír muchos aliños : cebolla ,ajo ají ,cebollín ,celeru,cilantro y luego coloque a la carne,al rato que hirvio bastante y que ya estaba blanda la carne pele la verdura: yuca auyama,topocho que me gusta su sabor en sopa de res y de gallina,papa zanahoria ocumo yansin,algo de condimentos y verifique el punto de sal y unos Chimbombo ya cuando iba a estar lista.

Esta sopa la acompañé con casabe porque no quise hacer arepa de nuevo ya que había hecho en el desayuno.Un almuerzo muy nutritivo y bueno que comparti en familia.

Good evening friends, today I share with you a bowl of soup that I prepared today and it was too good. This dope was red bone and rib, I had days to make it and I was always missing something and today I decided to look for what I needed and prepare it.

After I had the soft rib, I sautéed many seasonings: onion, garlic, chili, chives, celeru, cilantro and then added to the meat, after a while it had boiled enough and the meat was already soft, I peeled the vegetables: yucca auyama, topocho that I I like its flavor in beef and chicken soup, papa carrot ocumo yansin and some Chimbombo when it was going to be ready.

I accompanied this soup with casabe because I didn't want to make arepa again since I had made it for breakfast. A very nutritious and good lunch that I shared with the family.
