POULTRY FARM:ITS EMPLOYEE AND SUPERVISION.

I want to use this medium to greet all great Hivers. How has been your day so far, hope you are all doing good? I'm positive minded that it's all well and fine.

Some people may find it so archaic that most of my contents these days revolve around Poultry farming business and factors that surround how Poultry farm as a business works but people in the opposite side won't really get to know how its works. Therefore, if you are someone who is into this Poultry farm business, when you come across most of my contents, most of these things won't to be strange to you.

POULTRY FARM BUSINESS EMPLOYEE.

First of all, who is an employee? He or she is someone who is being employed to carry out a or some tasks in a place of work. Currently, the size of my farm can only accommodate to employ one person who does the work of cleaning and feeding the broiler birds daily.

The cleaning takes place maybe once in every 5days while the feeding takes 2 times daily, one in the morning and one in the evening. These two things are important in the Poultry farm; the cleaning and the feeding. Failure to carry out these two activities diligently may mar all the business plan.

POULTRY FARM BUSINESS SUPERVISOR.

Where you have employees, there is definitely going to be a Supervisor who make sure that all tasks are done accurately by the employee. The business owner can also carry out the work of the Supervisor. Despite that I have employed someone to take care of these activities, I myself will do daily supervision to correct any wrong doings.
