My Actifit Report Card: August 25 2024||How well do you manage your oral life?

I want to use this medium to greet all great Hivers. How has been your day so far, hope you are all doing good? I'm positive minded that it's all well and fine.

I know this platform is all about our daily activities but I just want to share this here and most importantly I will like to let you know how important it's to make your oral life safe. Aside the fact that we have to use quality toothpaste and keeping to the routine of brushing our teeth I guess there's more to just brushing our teeth every morning and night. This context center on how we keep our toothbrush safe after it's being used.

Funny enough, do you know some people are fun of keeping their toothbrush in the bathroom and not leaving it in the bathroom alone, they are accustomed to leaving their brush opened to the air where anything can have free access to it like mosquitoes, insects, wall gecko , millipedes and centipedes. These are dangerous insect and flies could harm us unknowingly and untimely.

Generally, I'm not a fan of keeping my toothbrush in the brush, I prefer keeping it in my bedroom somewhere safe but still I'm not pleased keeping it open. Not until recently that I met a vendor of toothbrush and I found what could finally make me feel free to keep my toothbrush anywhere. I know it's not related but I believe because it's something that has to do with health and healthy, that's why I intended to share. So I feel getting something like this will help keep our toothbrush safe until after we want to use put it in use again.

So keeping our oral hygiene safe is very important. When we leave our toothbrush open to air, this could cause the mouth, especially the teeth and tongue to be infected with bacteria or virus. Our proper hygiene could help to curb bacteria building up on the brush.
